Refund Policy

Donations made through samscotts.com are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your donation date, we will refund the full amount of your contribution — no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your donation with:

• The name used for the donation;
• The email address associated with the gift (if provided);
• The approximate date and amount of the donation; and
• The Stripe receipt number, if available.

Email refunds@samscotts.com and we will process eligible requests promptly. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

If you are a monthly patron, you may cancel future monthly gifts at any time by contacting support@samscotts.com. The most recent monthly gift remains eligible for our 14-day money-back guarantee, and any scheduled future gifts will be stopped immediately upon cancellation.

Because contributions are directed to active restoration work, gifts made more than 14 days prior are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error occurred — such as a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us and we will investigate and make it right.
